My name is Moki and my journey as a dynamic communication manager includes over 20 years of experience transforming how businesses connect with their audiences. At MLE Communications, LLC, I leverage my passion for building culture and managing global business communications to tailor strategic solutions that resonate.
My recent experience includes a rewarding role at a global pharmaceutical company, where I was entrusted with strategizing and driving global internal communication campaigns for a clinical operation organization with over 3000 employees spanning 45 countries. I was instrumental in planning and delivering a range of impactful communication activities and crafting employee announcements. I also designed and executed ad hoc communication strategies using various tools and multimedia channels. These campaigns celebrated our employees and projects, emphasized patient-centricity, fostered engagement, and supported change initiatives. Additionally, I developed self-service communication systems — SharePoint intranet sites which hosted templates, how-to guides, processes, and examples—to empower employees in their communication efforts that is still in use today. The exciting use of AI technology only increased the speed and revolutionized how I was able to help the organization handle their messaging solutions by enhancing efficiency, personalization, and responsiveness and deliver more effective and strategic communications.
My husband and partner, Chris, brings over 20 years of B2C sales and customer service expertise, distinguished by his dynamic path in sales leadership. With specializations in negotiations, brand loyalty, and product knowledge, he skillfully transforms how businesses interact with their clients.
